Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients who are scheduled to undergo endoscopic
- •thyroidectomy over the age of 19 Patients who fall under ASA class I\-II Patients
- •who have voluntarily consented in writing to participate in this clinical
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients who have had an allergic reaction to local
- •anesthetics Patients with clotting disorders Patients with a history of surgery
- •on the neck, chest or shoulder Patients who have recently used other pain
- •medications, such as opioids Patients with severe lung disease or diaphragmatic
- •movement disorder
