Inclusion Criteria
Patients who are scheduled to undergo endoscopic
thyroidectomy over the age of 19 Patients who fall under ASA class I-II Patients
who have voluntarily consented in writing to participate in this clinical
study
Exclusion Criteria
Patients who have had an allergic reaction to local
anesthetics Patients with clotting disorders Patients with a history of surgery
on the neck, chest or shoulder Patients who have recently used other pain
medications, such as opioids Patients with severe lung disease or diaphragmatic
movement disorder
