Normal healthy volunteers with no physical or laboratory abnormalities.
1)Significant uncontrolled systemic illness, i.e. diabetes, congestive heart failure, renal or hepatic disease.
2)History of consumption of anti inflammatory drugs for four weeks before starting the trial.
3)History of consumption of CNS affecting drugs for four weeks before starting the trial.
4)History of antioxidants or cognition enhancing substances for four weeks before starting the trial.
5)History of smoking and alcohol consumption for last four weeks.
6)Any intake of caffeinated drinks 48 hours prior to study

Name Time Method To follow the effects of taurine in regulation of acute stress induced inflammation in relation to its impact on cognitive performance. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>To explore the action of taurine on glucose metabolism in acute stress. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>To report any unprecedented side effects which surface during the trial due to administration of taurine. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: three weeks
