Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Closed and Gustilo grade I fractures
- •Presenting within two weeks of injury
- •Traumatic fractures
Exclusion Criteria
- •Fracture within 5 cms from proximal to ankle joint distal to tibial plateau
- •Deformed medullary canal or abnormally bowed tibia
- •Multiple injuries/polytrauma
- •Compromised soft tissue
