Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Closed and Gustilo grade I fractures
  • •Presenting within two weeks of injury
  • •Traumatic fractures

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Fracture within 5 cms from proximal to ankle joint distal to tibial plateau
  • •Deformed medullary canal or abnormally bowed tibia
  • •Multiple injuries/polytrauma
  • •Compromised soft tissue
