Inclusion Criteria

Inclusion criteria included all adult patients (18-60 years) referred for chronic medical conditions, fully understand the research process and willing to provide informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients were excluded from the study if they were using medication on regular basis, if they were not willing to comply with the study protocol or if they had mental illnesses that interfere with completing the study.
