简要总结
Salection of post menopausal women diagnosed with Asthikshay .Inclusion and exclusion will be done.55 patients will be selected. The Patient will be given panchtikt ghrut guggul vati.
During treatment patient will be called on 30th ,60 th ,90, day for confirmation of regular medication and for assessing Asthishool ,sandhishool ,balkshay , kesh nakh patan ( hair fall ) , katishool.
Assesment will be taken.
Objective criteria -1) serum calcium
- vitamin D
Subjective criteria - (VAS )Visual analogue scale
content of panchtikta ghrut guggul-Nimba,Amrita,Vasaka,Patola,Nidigdhika,Water,Purified guggulu, murcchita cow ghritam,patha,vidanga,suradaru,gajapippali,yavksara,svarjiksarta,sunthi,haridra,aniseeds,chavya,kustha,tejovati,maricha,vatsaka,dipyaka,chitraka,rohini,aruskara,vaca,pippalimula,manjistha,haritaki,vibhitaka,amalaki and yavani
Aushadhi Sevan kal- vyano udan kal
Aushadi matra-6gms/day
Anupan-with warm water(Koshna jal)
Collection, classification, presentation of data,statistical analysis and conclusion will be drawn

- •Post Menopausal Women With Controlled Hypertension ,Able And Willing To Give Written Informed Consent.
排除标准
- •Womem With Menopause caused due to Hysterectomy ,Known case of Hyperthyrodism , Tuberculosis of Bone Osteomalacia & Any Genetic Disorder,Patient with CKD(CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE),Patient with R.A. Gouty Arthritis and Any Other Chronic Systemic Disorder.
