Inclusion Criteria
Overhead Athlete (basketball, volleyball, badminton, tennis, cricket bowlers)
Training frequency of 3 days per week for more than 1 year
Male and Female athletes under specified age range
Athlete with the positive test for Latissimus dorsi tightness
Exclusion Criteria
Pacemaker and Sensitivity to High temperatures
Metal implants
Recent fractures
Angina pectoris
Cardiovascular pathologies or Artificial valves
