•MODERATE PERSISTANT TYPE OF BRONCHIAL ASTHMA, WEEKLY TWICE OR DAILY SYMPTOMS OF DIFFICULTY IN BREATHING,TIGHTNESS OF CHEST,WHEEZE.EXACERBATION IS TWO OR MORE IN A YEAR,REVERSIBLE BY BRONCHO DILATOR,OBSTRUCTIVE TYPE OF ASTHMA,Asthma sometimes interferes with normal daily activities,Patient who are willing to take radiological investigation and provide blood for lab investigation.Patient who is willing to estimate volume of air forcibly expired after a deep inspiration by using Pulmonary Function Test.

•Restrictive lung disease,Tuberculosis,COPD,Lung Carcinoma and other Carcinomas,Status asthmatics,Emphysema,Pleural effusion,Cardiac disease,Hypertension,Renal disease,Diabetic mellitus,Recent abdominal, thoracic, or eye surgery,Symptoms of acute severe illness like Chest pain, nausea, vomiting, high fever, dyspnea,Recent hemoptysis,Pneumothorax,Recent history of abdominal, thoracic, or cerebral aneurysm,Anaemia,Sleep apnoea,Pregnancy,Lactation,Psychological factor.
