1.Age 19 to 60 years
2.Sex: female, male, Transgender
3.Moderate persistent type of Bronchial Asthma
4.Weekly twice or daily symptoms of difficulty in breathing, Tightness of chest, Wheeze - Added sound (Rhonchi), cough with or without expectoration
5.FEV1/FVC reduced 5 percentage
6.Exacerbation is two or more in a year
7.Night time wheezing more than one day/week.
8.Obstructive type of asthma
9.Reversible by bronchodilators.
10.Asthma sometimes interferes with normal daily activities.
11.Patient who are willing to take radiological investigation and provide blood for lab investigation.
12.Patient who is willing to estimate volume of air forcibly expired after a deep inspiration by using Pulmonary Function Test.
