inclusion criteria for mothers: presence of the mother in the neonatal intensive care unit, having decided to breastfeed. inclusion criteria for infants: premature infants with a gestational age of more than 28 weeks, a calendar age of at least three days.
Exclusion criteria for mothers: mother's addiction, suffering from tuberculosis, AIDS, cancer, presence of breast abscess, presence of purulent secretions in breast milk or presence of blood in breast milk, mood disorders such as depression or psychosis after childbirth. Exclusion criteria for babies: having defects Clear genetic and congenital or disorders of the digestive system that prevent breastfeeding, such as gastroschisis, emphalocele, cerebral hemorrhage with degree 3 and 4, a baby undergoing surgery or mechanical ventilation.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Volume of breast milk. Timepoint: Average milk expressed by mothers on the first, 7th and 14th days of the intervention. Method of measurement: The amount of expressed milk is measured with a 20 cc syringe and recorded with the time in the checklist during the two weeks of the intervention.
