- •1.Fractures managed with cephalomedullary nails or other surgical modalities.
- •2.Use of antiplatelet agents or anticoagulants at the time of admission
- •3.History of cardiac disease or cerebrovascular diseases
- •4. Documented allergy to TXA
- •5.History of DVT or pulmonary embolus
- •6.Hepatic dysfunction
- •7.Renal dysfunction
- •8.Derangement of blood coagulation parameters
- •9.History of malignancy
