入选标准
- •Patients giving valid informed consent.
- •Patients aged 18 - 60 years.
- •Patients weighing 50-80 kgs.
- •Patients belonging to ASA (American society of anesthesiologist) physical status Grade I and II.
排除标准
- •Patient refusal
- •Patient with ASA grade III or higher
- •Pregnant or lactating woman.
- •On treatment with sedatives, hypnotics, antidepressants, antipsychotic medications.
- •Patients allergic to anaesthetic medications.
- •History of hepatic, renal dysfunction and Ischaemic heart disease.
- •Anticipated difficult intubation
- •Patients weighing less than 50 kgs and more than 80 kgs.
