Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with mechanical heart valve on anticoagulant therapy admitted postoperatively in CTVS ward and CTVS ICU AIIMS Bhopal.
- •Patients who understand and communicate in Hindi and English.
- •Patients who are above the age of 15 years old.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients who are not available at the time of data collection.
- •Patients who are critically ill and are not hemodynamically stable.
- •Patients who cannot understand and communicate in Hindi and English
