简要总结
Participants will perform table tennis, pickleball, and tennis swings while arm and leg muscles are analyzed with surface electromyography. Then blood flow resistance will be added to the non-swinging arm.
详细描述
Participants will perform forehand, backhand, and overhead swings of table tennis, pickleball, and tennis swings while making contact with a tethered ball of that sport. Surface electromyography of the lower trapezius, serratus anterior, anterior deltoid, biceps, and extensor carpi brevis will be recorded. Then participants will perform the entire protocol with blood flow resistance added to the non-swinging arm.
