•Patients must have a diagnosis of heart failure for at least six months; not have been admitted in two months; diagnosed as functional classes I, II, III, Second NYHA; left ventricular ejection fraction at rest <45% rated by the echocardiogram; hemodynamic stability for at least two months; medication with optimal doses for at least two months; Body mass index (18.5 to 29.9 kg / m²); not present clinical history indicative of respiratory disease
