- •heart failure secondary to ischemic heart disease (IHD) and non-ischemic hear disease (NIH) on the basis of physician's diagnosis and patient's symptoms, and NYHA class II-IV
- •being a native and resident of Yazd
排除标准
- •dementia or any condition that hinders proper communication with the patient
- •fatal associated disease that fosters the early death of the patient such as cancer or hemodialysis
