入选标准
- •who undergo ARFI (acoustic radiation force impulse) elastography for measurement of LS and SS as well those who undergo upper GI endoscopy and platelet count measurement as a standard of care in evaluation for cirrhosis will be recruited in to the study.
排除标准
- •Patients with
- •ongoing gastrointestinal hemorrhage
- •Portal vein thrombosis
- •Intrahepatic malignancy
- •Previous or current treatment for portal hypertension (beta blocker, TIPS/ balloon
- •occluded retrograde transvenous obliteration),
- •Pregnant women
- •Those not giving consent will be excluded
