入选标准
- •Patient with liver cirrhosis
- •Patient with hepatocellular carcinoma
排除标准
- •History of decompensated cirrhosis
- •Morbid obesity (BMI > 35 kg/m2)
- •Splenectomy
- •Splenic lesion (splenic mass/abscess)
- •Pacemaker or cardiac defibrillator implant patient
- •Known or suspect malignancy other than HCC
- •History of esophageal varices
- •History of Endoscopic variceal ligation
- •History of TIPS
- •Portal hypertension that not caused by cirrhosis and HCC
- •Hematologic disease with splenomegaly
- •Previous non-selective beta-blocker
- •Pregnancy or breast feeding
- •Severe infection
- •Heart disease (NYHA functional class III,IV)
- •COPD GOLD C or D
- •Chronic kidney disease stage IV, V
