Inclusion Criteria
Children weighing 5 to 10 kg of either sex belonging to ASA grade I and II undergoing elective surgery or procedure under general anesthesia in lateral position will be included in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Congenital airway abnormality
2. Anticipated difficult airway
3. Active Upper respiratory infection
4. Risk of aspiration (gastrointestinal obstruction, pyloric stenosis)

Name Time Method To assess the success rate, fiberoptic view of the larynx grading in supine and lateral view, volume leak percentage and displacement related to both devices in supine and lateral position. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: At baseline.baseline here is defined as the time point where first appearance of capnography is noted
