Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with Type\-2 Diabetes Mellitus with cardiac autonomic dysfunction.
- •Type\-2 Diabetes Mellitus more than one years
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any major co\-existing cardiac disease
- •Subjects on exogenous insulin
- •Retinopathy, nephropathy
- •Involvement of any structured exercise during the past 6 months
- •ß\-blocker therapy
- •Contraindications to exercise stress testing
- •Any musculoskeletal abnormality that could preclude the intervention
