Inclusion Criteria
Patients of grade 1 and grade 2 of acute ankle sprain with mild to moderate
pain swelling and tenderness
Patients aged between 18-60 years irrespective of sex
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with fracture and dislocation of ankle joint
Patients with other pathologies of ankle like osteoarthritis plantar fasciitis
