Inclusion Criteria
Being student at faculty of Dentistry, Hamadan University of Medical Sciences
Being in the age range of 18-30 years old
Having moderate to good oral health status
Having at least 24 healthy teeth
Exclusion Criteria
Having an orthodontic and prosthetic device in the mouth
Having symptoms of periodontal disease
Having systemic disease
Being smoker
Being mouthwash user
Using antibiotics over the last six months
