简要总结
Tracheal intubation triggers acute sympathetic nervous system activation manifesting as significant elevations in heart rate and blood pressure This haemodynamic surge carries clinical consequences in patients with cardiovascular compromise increasing myocardial ischemia risk and perioperative adverse events Quantitative neuromuscular monitoring using train of four TOF stimulation provides objective confirmation of complete neuromuscular blockade potentially optimizing intubating conditions and attenuating haemodynamic responses through reduced laryngeal trauma Current evidence comparing TOF guided versus clinical assessment intubation timing remains limited regarding haemodynamic outcomes and safety profiles
