1. Patient giving consent for the study
2. Patient willing to have USG- whole abdomen with pelvic region before and after study
3. Amenorrhea of 3 months
4. PCOD with USG of Polycystic ovarian morphology seen on Ultrasound abdomen following Rotterdam diagnostic criteria
1. Age group below 15 years and above 40 years
2. Diagnosed case of PCOD with scanty menses or profuse menses
3. Pregnant women and lactating women
4. Patient pursuing other treatment/ Hormone Replacement Therapy and are not willing to leave it
5. Severe systemic illness
6. History of Metformin or Oral Contraceptive Pills within 1 month of enrollment
