简要总结
The study investigates the short- term effects of Motor Relearning Program(MRP)-based open kinematic training on lower extremity gait parameters in individuals recovering from stroke in addition with conventional therapy. Stroke patients frequently have abnormal walking patterns as a result of neurological abnormality. Traditional rehabilitation emphasizes task specific training, but integrating MRP with open kinematic training may enhance neuromuscular re-education and functional mobility. Open kinematic training is to enhance muscle isolation, joint mobility and targeted strengthening of specific muscles or muscle group. The study will including two groups. Group A receiving MRP based open kinematic training exercises and Group B receiving conventional therapy exercises. The gait parameters will be measured before and after intervention using 10 MWT and Maximum step length test. The study expects that the patients undergoing MRP based open kinematic chain training will show better improvement in gait parameters in addition to conventional physiotherapy.
