Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age group 18 years to 25 years.
- •Both Male and Female gender included.
- •Players who want to participate willingly.
- •Playing Badminton since 1 year will select.
- •Players who play Badminton for 4 days per week.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Players having any complaint of Musculoskeletal conditions from past 6 months.
- •Players who are suffering from Neurological, Cardiovascular or other medical conditions.
- •The players involved in any type of Plyometric training or Strength training at the time of the study.
