- Participants who are male or female with tightness of hamstrings muscle and age between 18 to 24 years old
- Participants who have BMI 22 †26 kg/m2
- Participants who have sedentary lifestyle
- Participants who have spinal disorders for example cervicogenic
headache, neck pain, upper back pain and low back pain during the study period
- Participants who have vertebrobasilar insufficiency
- Participants who have regular stretching exercises, such as yoga or
stretching exercises
- Participants who use muscle relaxants or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory
drugs (NSAIDs) in one day before, and during the study period
- Participants who have a history of whiplash injury
- Participants who have a history of fractures of the spine and/or lower
extremities
- Participants who have hamstring muscles tendinitis or muscle
strain within 3 weeks before the study
- Participants who have hypermobility
- Participants who have severe orthopedic condition such as scoliosis,
kyphosis, flat feet, high arch or leg length discrepancy
- Participants who have severe neurological condition such as brain injury
spinal cord injury, nerve root compression, high irritability, hypereflexia or hyperalgesia
- Participants who unable to do the position which the interventions or
assessments need to be done
