Inclusion Criteria
- postmenopausal women aged over 45 years
- vaginal dryness/soreness score more than or equal to 4
Exclusion Criteria
- Women who received hormone replacement therapy
- Women who use vaginal suppositories to treat other conditions within 1 week
- Women with a history of hypersensitivity to vitamin C components
- Women who use herbs or other health supplements
- Women who had received pelvic radiation
- Women with severe symptoms (vaginal dryness/soreness score more than 8)
