Inclusion Criteria
1. Children who suffers from 3-4 attacks of Tonsillitis, per year
2. Children between 5 â?? 10 years of age, irrespective of gender, religion, socio-economic status
3. Children whose parents are willing to sign the informed assent form
Exclusion Criteria
1. Children with Acute tonsillitis, Peritonsillar abscess, Acute otitis media, Tonsillar cyst
2. Children suffering from any acute systemic illness
3. Children suffering from any Congenital anomalies, inborn errors of metabolism
