入选标准
- •Adult critically ill surgical patients who are admitted to surgical intensive care units (SICUs) and expected to stay in the ICUs longer than 2 days.
排除标准
- •1.Patients who are tolerating an oral diet or scheduled to return to oral intake within 24 hours.
- •2.Patients who are receiving palliative care, moribund and not expected to survive 6 hours
- •3.Patients who are brain death or suspected brain death
- •4.Patients who are admitted directly from any other ICUs because of they may be received other nutritional support that will interfere this research results.
- •5.Foreigner patients that can not communicate in Thai language to avoid mis-communications.
