Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1 The study will invlove Both male and female participants
- •2 Subjects with No other systemic diseases and no underlined cognitive disorder
- •3 Willing to participate in the trial by signing an informed consent.
- •4 Individuals with a score of 5 or above in Oswestry Disability Index and Visual Analogue Scale
- •5 The Research would cover people aged between 25 and 55 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Subjects with health problems like cognitive impairment, psychological disorders,IVDP,Spondylothesis or any systemic ailments will be excluded
- •2 Individual consuming alcohol and nicotine.
- •3 Indviduals who are pregnant and Lactating are excluded from this study
- •4 People under any medications.
- •5 Individuals with a score of 4 or below in Oswestry Disability Index and Visual Analogue Scale are excluded.
