Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\) Patient after cataract surgery in Primary Angle\-Closure Disease with prophylaxis laser iridotomy versus
  • •2\) Patient after cataract surgery in Primary Angle\-Closure Disease without prophylaxis laser iridotomy
  • •3\) Age \> 18 years

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\) unable to anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS\-OCT) examination
  • •2\) grade 0 by modified Shaffer grading system
  • •3\) ocular hypertension more than 25 mmHg (after receiving Glaucoma medication)
  • •4\) history of inflammation, accident congenital abnormalities, secondary glaucoma
  • •5\) no data on AS\-OCT anterior angle examination before or after cataract surgery
