Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •healthy subjects with strength training experience (\> 1\.5 years)
- •\- body fat percentage \<25 % (men) and \<35 % (women)
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- exercise inactivity: less than an average of three sessions of strength training per week in the three months prior to the start of intervention
- •\- Injuries or acute illnesses
- •\- Medication use (with the exception of antihistamines, among others)
- •\- Use of substances that are on the doping list
- •\- Excessive alcohol consumption (\> 26g pure alcohol/week)
