AKI is common in patients admitted to the CCU. Patients with AKI are associated with higher mortality and progression to ESKD compared to non-AKI patients. Inotropic use reduced Left ventricular ejection fraction, on a mechanical ventilator, and CKD were the risk factors associated with AKI.

- •Patient who admitted to the CCU for more than 48 hours
排除标准
- •Patients who were admitted to the CCU prior to January 1, 2019
- •Patients who are currently receiving KRT
- •Patients who have undergone kidney transplantation
- •Patients who were admitted for conditions other than cardiac problems, such as sepsis or non-cardiac operations
- •Patients whose medical records are incomplete
