1. Patients undergoing elective nasal surgeries
2. Age between 18 to 60 years
3. American Society of Anaesthesiologists Classification (ASA) class Iâ??II.
1.ASA grade III-VI
2.Emergency cases
3.History of mental illness.
4.History of sedative or antipsychotic drug use (neuroinhibitors, anxiolytics, antidepressants, benzodiazepines) for any reason.
5.History of neurological diseases (cerebral infarction, transient ischaemic attack, Parkinsonâ??s disease, mental retardation, cranio-cerebral injury).
6.Concurrent neuromuscular blockade or quadriplegia
7.Patients with Mucormycosis or any fungal infection involving nasal cavity and orbit.
8.Refusal to participate in study
