- 18 years to 60 years (—)

- All
Inclusion Criteria
- •All ASA II patients aged 18-60 years who are candidate for total elective thyroidectomy surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with systemic diseases(cardiovascular, pulmonary, liver and kidney,...)
- •Blood loss over 10%
- •Prediction of patients with difficult airways
- •Drug addiction
- •Use medicines Interfering with clonidine drugs such as Ibuprofen, Metalol, losartan, beta-blockers, diazepam and vitamin B12.
