Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Ankle fractures with posterior malleolus fracture
  • •2\. Age 18\-70 years
  • •3\. Patients can follow\-up 12 months atleast

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Age below 18 years
  • •2\. Tibial plafond fracture
  • •3\. Previous ankle pathology
  • •4\. Open fractures
  • •5\. Skin infection at ankle before surgery
