Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Ankle fractures with posterior malleolus fracture
- •2\. Age 18\-70 years
- •3\. Patients can follow\-up 12 months atleast
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age below 18 years
- •2\. Tibial plafond fracture
- •3\. Previous ankle pathology
- •4\. Open fractures
- •5\. Skin infection at ankle before surgery
