Inclusion Criteria

  • Subjects, who have already consented to participate in one of the three patient registries (obesity, rheumatic diseases, diabetes) and to the processing of these data, and their parents/guardians.

Exclusion Criteria

  • insufficient knowledge of the German language (written and spoken)
