Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient\-age more than 18 years old who have bilateral mandibular fractures at symphisis, parasymphisis, body and angle areas of mandible
- •2\. Malocclusion
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Comminuted mandibular fractures
- •2\. Age of fracture more than 21 days
- •3\. Infection at fracture site
- •4\. Severe underlying disease (severe cardiovascular disease, coagulopathy and hematologic disorder, uncontrol psychologic disorder)
- •5\. HIV/ AIDS
- •6\. Pregnancy
- •7\. Patients who refuse to participate in the research project
