Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. understands the study purpose and design
  • •2\. contractually capable and provides signed informed consent form
  • •3\. admitted into specialized geriatric rehabilitation after an acute event

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. admitted for acute surgical treatment
  • •2\. discharge before completion of the 2\-week geriatric rehabilitation program
