Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •A total of 200 male and female adults between the ages of 19 and 59
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Excluded from subjects if there has been a stress\-inducing event that seriously affects daily life within the last 1 week
- •2\. Excluding subjects who have attempted suicide
- •3\. Subjects are excluded if they are currently in a state of mild or higher depression.
- •4\. Excluding those who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
