Inclusion Criteria
A total of 200 male and female adults between the ages of 19 and 59
Exclusion Criteria
1. Excluded from subjects if there has been a stress-inducing event that seriously affects daily life within the last 1 week
2. Excluding subjects who have attempted suicide
3. Subjects are excluded if they are currently in a state of mild or higher depression.
4. Excluding those who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
