age range 18 to 50 years old; clinical symptoms including bone pain when pressure applied; bone enlargement; lack of local heating; crepitus ? limitation of knee range of motion ; feeling moderate knee pain based on the Western Ontario & McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis (WOMAC) index.
lack of patient’s cooperation or willingness; acute knee osteoarthritis; secondary osteoarthritis; disabling diseases such as osteoarticular and infectious diseases; severe pain that required another sedative agent.
