- •Patient who give written informed consent
- •Patients aged 18 to 60 years.
- •Patients scheduled for elective infraumbilical surgery.
- •Patients with ASA (American society of anesthesiologists) grade I & II
- •Patients with normal haemoglobin values
排除标准
- •Patients refusing to participate in the study.
- •Patients having ongoing acute infections.
- •Patients with electrolyte abnormalities.
- •Patients with hepatic and renal dysfunction.
- •Patients with chronic alcohol abuse.
- •Patients with history of endocrine disease inclusive of diabetes mellitis
- •Morbid obesity, chronic use of steroids or immunosuppressant or recent chemotherapy.
