18-60 years old, ASA I-II, surgical operations need orotracheal intubation to perform surgery
Exclusion criteria:denial of patients,any dependency to opioids or other sedatives,any predicted difficult intubation

Name Time Method Blood pressure. Timepoint: before anesthesia, one, three and five minutes after intubation. Method of measurement: clinical examination and non invasive blood pressure measurement.;Heart Rate. Timepoint: Before anesthesia, one, three and five minutes after intubation.
