Brief Summary

The OPT demonstrated significant enhancement in the tone and stiffness of the abdominal and external oblique spinal muscles. Heart rate variability(HRV)examination and surveys demonstrated a reduction in stress and anxiety with improved muscle endurance. However, PT demonstrated improvement in terms of body composition and cardiac metabolism. Therefore, OPT can be considered an effective solution for middle-aged obese women.

Inclusion Criteria

45 obese middle-aged women aged 30 to 50 living in S city with a body fat rate of 30% or higher

Exclusion Criteria

Persons with orthopedic and medical diseases within the last year.
A person who has exercised within six months.
A person who has an interest with a research manager and a co-researcher
