  • Patients undergoing thoracic surgery that require the placement of left-sided double-lumen tubes

Exclusion Criteria
  • Abnoraml anatomy of tracheobronchail tree
  • Intraluminal lesion in the left mainstem bronchus
  • Anticipated difficult intubation
