Inclusion Criteria
- •40 consecutive adult patients of idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia resistant to pharmacological treatment will be included
Exclusion Criteria
- •Allergy to local anesthetics or steroids, infection, coagulopathy, and pregnancy.
