Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Meet the diagnostic criteria of lumbar facet joint disorder;
- •2\. The age range is 18\-60 years old, and both men and women can have sound limbs;
- •3\. Sign the informed consent form;
- •4\. Those who have received conservative treatment will undergo a washout period of more than 3 days.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Those who take drugs together and affect the test results;
- •2\. Patients with serious lumbar degenerative changes, such as lumbar scoliosis with obvious osteophyte;
- •3\. Patients with previous spinal infection, traumatic fracture, tumor, tuberculosis, severe osteoporosis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc;
- •4\. Those who have contraindications to manipulation, such as skin damage or skin disease at the manipulation part;
- •5\. Groups that cannot cooperate with manual treatment, such as pregnant and lactating women, people with mental retardation, malignant tumors, and other serious systemic diseases.
