Conditions
For patients who want to quit smoking.Vernonia cinerea (L.)Spray to quit smoking.To assess the effectiveness of Vernonia cinerea (L.) spray, it was divided into two groups: the first group received the Vernonia cinerea (L.) and the second group received a placebo. After 6 weeks of spraying and stopped spraying, the 8 week carbon monoxide was measured whether the white Vernonia cinerea (L.) spray had a decrease in smoking cravings or not.

Inclusion Criteria

1. Age over 18 years -70 years, total 44 people
2. People who smoked at least 3 cigarettes per day for at least 1 month prior to their treatment.
3. There is a need to quit smoking.
4. Consent to participate in research.

Exclusion Criteria

1. There are other underlying diseases that can be dangerous, such as heart disease, cancer, have the function of Abnormal liver and kidney function Have neurological disorders Or have depression
2. Use other types of tobacco products such as cigars, pipes or addiction to other substances such as methamphetamine, e-drug, ice, marijuana, heroin, etc.
3. Pregnant or planning to become pregnant Or breastfeeding
4. Currently receiving treatment to quit smoking using other drugs, including nicotine replacement.
5. Those who can't follow
6. Those who do not agree to participate in research.
