Name Time Method Measurements of the diastasis of the rectus abdominis muscle had a variation of at least 1.64 cm in the pre and post intervention measurements.<br>However, this reduction was statistically significant (p = 0.004 in the supraumbilicar region, p = 0.003 in the umbilical and infraumbilical regions);The main expected outcome is the reduction of abdominal rectus muscle diastasis after 36 sessions of pilates verified by digital caliper (Zass brand)<br><br>For the sample calculation it was considered as difference between the 4,81 cm groups (CHIARELLO et al., 2005). Standard deviation 2.36cm, a= 0,05 e B= 0,90 and two-tailed hypothesis test. For statistical analysis between the intervention and control groups after the intervention, with n = 7 minimum per group
